Expect a fast-moving shopping experience with selected products available in limited quantities. Stock availability, specifications and pricing may vary throughout the event due to dynamic pricing and limited inventory.

- Limited device enquiries: Up to 3 devices may be checked within an allocated time limit, subject to the situation on the day.
- Purchase limit: Only one unit per category per customer per purchase.
- AirTag deal limit: The RM9 AirTag (1st Gen) offer is limited to the first 250 units per day, with a maximum of 2 units per customer.
- Payment methods: Cash, Debit Card, Visa, Amex and Mastercard are accepted 💳 Full payment is required.
- No eWallets or instalment plans: Easy Payment Plans and eWallet options are unavailable during the sale.
- No Machines vouchers or gift cards: Machines vouchers, gift cards and Machines+ points redemption are not accepted.
- No Machines+ points issued: Purchases made during the clearance sale do not earn Machines+ points.
- Check items carefully: Clearance items are sold on an “AS IS” basis, including possible cosmetic imperfections or incomplete/missing accessories.
- No returns or exchanges: All purchases are final, non-refundable, non-exchangeable and non-returnable.
- Warranty notice: Demo and opened items sold at the clearance sale are not covered by warranty, including manufacturer warranty.
- No restock: Items are available on a first-come, first-served basis while stocks last. Sold-out items will not be restocked.
For e-invoice requests, refer to the Machines Mobile App. For any single transaction above RM10,000, an individual e-invoice must be issued at the point of sale.
