- RM1: Sundae Cone
- RM2: Apple Pie
- RM3: Sundae (choose from Strawberry or Chocolate)
- RM4: 4-piece Chicken McNuggets (Ala Carte)
- RM5: 1-piece Ayam Goreng McD or Iced Latte
