Customers may place their orders through the KFC App or KFC.com.my for both Delivery and Self Collect. Online ordering is fast, secure, and cashless. Here’s a step-by-step guide:
- Log in or register on the KFC App or KFC.com.my (only logged-in users can access the promo).
- Select Delivery or Self Collect and choose your preferred outlet, date, and time.
- Go to the Self Collect “Promotions” section to find the 12.12 Deal.
- Add up to two (2) sets per transaction.
- Complete the order via online cashless payment.
- Collect your meal at the selected outlet according to your chosen slot.
