The Putrajaya International Book Fair’14 (PIBF’14) is a first-of-its-kind international bookfair to be held in Putrajaya, an iconic world-class city in Malaysia.
It is the first instalment of an annual event organised by MPH Bookstores that is inspired by a theme park concept. Visitors will be transported into a magical book town called the”BOOKERVILLE”as they enter the exhibition halls.
Unlike the usual book fairs, the PIBF will not only serve as a place to shop for books, but a place for people to have a good time with their family and friends.
In line with MPH’s tagline “Enrichment Beyond Knowledge”, this bookfair aims to provide an enriching, educational and entertaining environment to all visitors.
Occupying two halls at 60,000 square feet of exhibition space, the PIBF’14 is divided into two main halls; the International Hall (40,000 square feet) will showcase international publications while the Mutiara Minda Hall (20,000 square feet) will house a wide selection of Malay and Islamic publications.
Apart from books, visitors can expect to be delighted in a wide array of products including magazines, e-books, educational aids, stationery, IT and multimedia accessories, toys, gifts, lifestyle products, healthcare and theme park packages and many more.
