Grow Your Savings with Public Bank’s Special Fixed Deposit Campaign

Public Bank Malaysia is inviting savers to take advantage of its PB Special Fixed Deposit Campaign, a limited-time promotion created to help individuals grow their savings steadily and securely. With attractive promotional interest rates and the reassurance of deposit protection, this campaign is suitable for Malaysians who want predictable returns without market volatility.

Note: This campaign is available for Over-the-Counter (OTC) placement only at Public Bank branches in Malaysia.

Campaign Period

This promotion runs strictly from 1 January 2026 to 31 March 2026, inclusive. Placements must be made within this period to enjoy the special rates.

Eligible Product

The campaign applies to PLUS Fixed Deposit (PLUS FD), which is protected by Perbadanan Insurans Deposit Malaysia (PIDM) up to RM250,000 for each depositor. This provides peace of mind while earning competitive returns.

Promotional Interest Rates

• 3-month tenor: 3.40% p.a.
• 6-month tenor: 3.55% p.a.
• 9-month tenor: 3.25% p.a.
• 12-month tenor: 3.50% p.a.

These promotional rates apply for one cycle only. Upon maturity, the fixed deposit will be automatically renewed at Public Bank’s prevailing board rates unless otherwise instructed.

Placement Requirements

• Minimum placement: RM5,000 per placement
• Maximum placement: RM10 million per eligible participant
• Multiple placements are allowed within the maximum limit
• Funds must be fresh funds (not transferred from existing Public Bank or Public Islamic Bank accounts)

Who Can Participate

The campaign is open to individual customers aged 18 and above, including non-residents. It is available at all Public Bank branches in Malaysia. Non-individual entities such as companies, partnerships, clubs, and associations are not eligible.

Important Notes

• Early withdrawal before maturity will result in no interest earned
• Partial withdrawals are not allowed
• PLUS FD placements under this campaign cannot be pledged as collateral
• This campaign cannot be combined with other ongoing Public Bank promotions
