Rawrr! š¦ Hello Kitty and Friendsā¢ have gone full kaiju at McDonald’s Malaysia, bringing together Sanrio favourites and iconic Godzilla monsters in an adorable Happy MealĀ® crossover.
The Hello Kitty and Friendsā¢ x Godzillaā¢ collection is available from 24 September 2026, with 8 collectible toys offered FREE with every Happy MealĀ®, while stocks last. There are four scheduled release dates, with two designs introduced on each date; availability of each design remains subject to stock.

Each design gives a familiar Sanrio character a monster-inspired makeover, from Hello Kitty dressed as Godzilla to Keroppi and fellow triplets Pikki and Koroppi forming a playful take on the three-headed King Ghidorah. Other pairings include My Melody with Mothra, Pompompurin with Gigan and Kuromi with Mechagodzilla. š²
The promotion starts on 24 September 2026, with the final scheduled pair released from 15 October 2026. Promotional toys are available while stocks last, and McDonald’s may replace a toy without prior notice.
