Terms & Conditions

1. The Promotion is available to the qualifying and eligible cardholders of Public Bank Visa Infinite and Public Bank Visa Signature Credit Cards issued in Malaysia which bears the Visa name and logo on the face of the card. Cardholders must settle payment with their valid Visa in order to enjoy the Promotion
2. The Promotion is non-transferable, non-cumulative and cannot be exchanged for cash or other products.
3. The Promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotions, discount cards, loyalty programs, vouchers, discounted items or fixed price items.
4. The Promotion is valid for bookings made on the Site during the Promotion Period and concluded within the stated Stay Period
5. The Promotion is available to the eligible cardholders in good standing of Public Bank’s Credit Card which:
   • (a) bears the Public Bank’s name or logo on the face of the card; or
   • (b) refers to a member of the Public Bank Group as an issuer or a participant partner on the back of the card, including any co-branded/affinity card issued by any members of the Public Bank Group.
6. Cardholders must settle payment of any reservation with their eligible Public Bank Credit Card in order to enjoy the Promotion. The Promotion is applicable to select accommodations marked “Promo Eligible” in designated destinations made through a dedicated Site at: agoda.com/publicbank
7. The Promotion discount for Public Bank Visa Infinite Credit Card is capped at RM150 per transaction and RM80 for Public Bank Visa Signature Credit Card, on first come first served basis with monthly cap of RM46,660.
8. The Promotion is applicable to accommodation room charges only (excluding taxes, service fees, processing fees, personal expenses and similar charges).
9. Bookings on the Site are not eligible for use with gift cards.
10. The Promotion discount will only be displayed on the booking form of the Site after entering a valid Public Bank’s Credit Card number.
11. The Promotion is subject to these General Terms and Conditions, which are subject to change at any time. In the case of a dispute, a joint decision by Public Bank and Agoda is final.
12. Agoda does not guarantee uninterrupted services of the Site.
13. All bookings made through the Site are at all times subject to Agoda’s Terms of Use at www.agoda.com and other policies then in effect.
14. The Promotion is independent of, and unrelated to, any offer or arrangement between Public Bank and the cardholder (payment facility, etc), which is at Public Bank’s sole discretion and for which Public Bank is solely responsible and liable.

16. Agoda’s rights in relation to these General Terms and Conditions, the Terms of Use and other stated policies are complementary to the maximum extent possible, and nothing herein shall be construed so as to limit, restrict, or otherwise adversely affect any other rights of Agoda.
17. If any part of these General Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid, the remainder shall continue to be valid and to the limited extent necessary will be replaced with such new terms having similar effect.
