KFC Malaysia, in a bold move to ensure customer satisfaction, has announced a new 1-for-1 exchange policy for any unsatisfactory chicken starting from 16 May 2024.
“WE WILL MAKE SURE YOUR DISH IS SATISFACTORY OR WE’LL REPLACE A NEW ONE!” the company declared.
Committed to serving delectable meals, KFC Malaysia now offers a product replacement if customers are not content with their meal’s quality, taste, or size. “Of course we make sure only the best for you. If it’s okay, tell a friend, if it’s not okay, let us know, we’ll just replace it, okay?” the statement read, emphasizing the brand’s confidence in its offerings.
The 1-for-1 Exchange policy applies to Original Recipe, Hot & Spicy, and promotional chicken varieties. Customers can request an exchange on the same day of purchase at the original store, and for the same chicken flavour ordered. The policy is valid only for uneaten or partially eaten chicken pieces; fully consumed items are not eligible for exchange.
Customers must return the unsatisfactory chicken to KFC at the point of exchange. The exchange is strictly over-the-counter, and the original purchase receipt is required to verify the store and date of purchase. While the choice of chicken part for the exchange is subject to availability, KFC Malaysia assures that quality taste and size are guaranteed.
The terms and conditions of the exchange policy are subject to change, but as of now, KFC Malaysia is setting a new standard for customer service in the fast-food industry.
